Have a better ticketing system and send less emails. The emails are also very heavy, cluttered. The auto-responder is not something I want pumping emails in my inbox. As a first time register, I have over 20 emails in my inbox by the time I received my order since I also needed to talk to customer support. That is an insane number. This includes the exchange of emails because ID was needed. It would have been easier to state on the page or when I ordered that I needed to upload my ID and it would have saved us the extra emails. Please improve this ticketing system. I asked for the address to be slightly modified and I received confirmation twice that the issue was fixed. That was a lie. The carrier still had the initial address on the package. Luckily he was a nice guy and was super kind. Also, the website said that two of the items bought were in stock but were actually backordered. It was not a long wait but do not advertise something as ”in stock” just to then send out an attachment where is said Backodered
