Error with my order, still no news about my missing items, payment issue when the billing address of the company differs from the delivery address, professionalism needs to be reviewed.

I would recommend for overall quality of stock and order visibility. However there is room for improvement. One of the items requested was not in stock (although in stock on the website) and my order was originally announced to me for a shipment over 6 months later - with half of the order not available ! In the end, all was resolved through customer service but there are way too many automatic emails and contradictory automated responses/messages that blur a clear communication. Items ordered are of very nice quality. Shipment time (3 different shipments) was OK but not as fast as announced on the website for in stock items. I would recommend avoiding too high expectations by not announcing shipments on the next day when it clearly takes more than that for many items.
