The shipment service is terrible. Is Unacceptable 1 month of delay. Covid is not a justification, everyone else doesn't have all this problems in covid time. Post NL and their partners are just bad and i cant order a spear from your website beacuse "it's too long to ship in my city" but the tent with its poles that are even longer had no problems. All this is absolutely no sense.
