    I've made 2 returns of product in the last months, products with quality issues the first time I've got a return of products with the same problems this time I've made a new order that I've just received to find the products I've returned foilled in the material I've returned them with sent in this new order. The last time I've contacted customer support it was said that was normal for the product to have these flaws for being handmade nonetheless I manage to have a product with quality and other with defects in the same order so it is not a ''characteristic'' is a problem form the manufacturer that wants to keep selling poorly made objects, its bad that these is hoe the customer gets treated, I'm not asking for something that I have no right I'm asking for products without problems as adverted
