I ordered a complete outfit with several parts. One of them (the dress) was out of stock, even though on their site it showed as "in stock" when I ordered. First the package wasn't sent at the promised time because they were waiting for this item, then they sent it, but when I received it, the dress was not there. I called customer service, which was helpful, and they sent me a list of available alternatives. Then I had to send another email to get a refund for the original dress, and it seemed like the wires were crossed sometimes. If I had tighter deadlines, it would not have been okay. What I really don't understand is why they don't have updated stock on their website. It is important to know what's on back order, so you can avoid ordering that.
