I lack information on the product travel. Its not enough to just write your order is being picked. And if no update just wait another day... consumers rely on trust when they place an order and pay money in advance. I would have loved a bit more info on my order status, like when is it leaving Holland and entering Denmark.... it wasnt until GLS in Denmark received the data i knew it was on the way and i could relax. The product itself is top shelf amazing i am so so happy and because the product is so beautiful and great quality i have decided to order from you again. And now that i know i can trust celtic web merchant you will get a much better rating and feedback next time i order. Thank you. Dan Wennick
