I have only ever had good experiences with Celtic Web Merchant, except one misunderstanding (which I admit could have been mine) regarding shipping date. The Leonardo Carbone tunic I bought was completely unlike the producer’s photos – obviously the brand’s fault, not the store’s. I got a replacement with free shipping without any problems within a few days. I’ll be coming back for my autumn wardrobe :) thanks to the CWM customer service, you’re great!
