Is Yes Fabrics trustworthy? Reviews and trustmark

They refused to take full responsibility for sending me the wrong fabric and insisted that it is the right fabric and there was only small color differences which is not because i ordered samples of two black woolen fabrics (lana black and black woolen fabric (lanoso)) and even e-mailed the customer service to make sure that they have the fabric before my purchase. I ordered the woolen lana black fabric but they sent me the wrong woolen fabric lanoso black instead which was old smelly worn out fabric that was not suitable for sewing or to be used as blanket because it released tiny fibers, besides the lanoso had acrylic in it (which considered to be toxic because it releases carcinogenic materials). I contacted the customer service (Kelly) and told them that and as answer they insisted that it is the right fabric which was not because it did not match the sample i ordered previously and she offered to return the fabric or get 10% off which was unfair compared to the cost i paid for all the items i ordered. I asked for returning the fabric in exchange for the original fabric i ordered but she refused. I even ordered many samples for many fabrics such as many winter wool fabrics, quilt,corduory, teddy and cotton. Most of them are old fabrics worn out of poor quality specially the winter fabrics and do not match the description on the site like the black quilt which is not waterproof, and the weight of all the fabrics because they all are thin. Overall the fabrics are old thin and do not match the description on the site and are expensive compared to the poor quality. They even sent me the grey vlieseline while i ordered the black one. I am not satisfied at all with my puchase and how they sent me the wrong fabric/items and refused to sent me my original items/fabrics i ordered.

Hello Latifa Husseini, You have ordered samples including two samples of the wool black, namely Knitted Woolen Fabric Lana Black and Knitted Woolen fabric Black, these were mistakenly placed twice on the site and are exactly the same. We have removed 1 article from the site to avoid confusion. Both fabrics do not contain acrylic (only polyester and wool). We checked the samples and the roll in the warehouse and both are exactly the same. We offered to give you 5% discount for the inconvenience and confusion about these fabrics being the same. You indicated that you wanted a 50% discount, we indicated that this is unrealistic and that we cannot do this. We came up with a new offer, namely a 10% discount or return the order. Why did you not return the order? Then you got your money back. You chose the 10% discount and now you are still dissatisfied... what do you want that we do? Team Yes Fabrics
