I haven't needed customer service yet. BUT the order and delivery were perfect. I initially bought it, on my husband's advice, for my son. And I ended up keeping it... In fact, I prefer it to my iPhone! It looks very similar, with even more intuitive features. It's just a bit "masculine" for a lady (the unbreakable version). Ha ha. Its infrared camera is just TOP. KUDOS for this product that I will definitely recommend to those around me.
Very fast service, good tracking of the product. Unfortunately, the product did not meet my expectations. It was returned without any difficulty. Refund after 2 days.
