I have had a Blackview BV7200 since 10/8/23, and there is always something wrong with the phone! It constantly shuts down, apps that won't open or just don't work. I reported this by phone a few days after purchase, but I received no response!!! I have given it a chance until now, but it really is getting tiring. Unfortunately, it will be a one-way ticket to the trash for the phone. NEVER again a Blackview.

In the store in Gentbrugge, I received a good explanation, and after working with a Blackview 9100 for 4 years, I was due for an upgrade, so now we're going to try the BV8100 Pro.

Super satisfied with both Blackview (rugged smartphone) and Blackview Belgium. This is not my first purchase from them over the years, and it won't be the last!
