I received a beautiful brochure, but the envelope was damaged and wet and torn at the edges. The brochure was in a sleeve, and on the side of the opening, the envelope was open and wet. Fortunately, the brochure did not get wet or damaged. A stroke of luck in an unfortunate situation that could have been avoided with tape or a bubble envelope.
