Great service, packaging could be better though, maybe double bag it, as it had a hole in packet and I lost a bit of product!

So far, we have had positive feedback since customer appreciate the fact that we are moving away from plastic. The new bags are quite resistant, but it is possible that your bag got damage during the international transportation to The Netherlands.
