The website claims rapid dispatch. I’m still waiting for my order over 2 weeks later. Poor service, I will buy elsewhere in future

Hello Donnavan, We are sorry to know that you are disappointed with our service. We do indeed claim a rapid dispatch because that is a fact. Most orders are actually shipped on the same day they are placed. There are a two factors influencing the 12 days delivery time for your order to the UK. Firstly, your choice of courier, and secondly Brexit. Deutsche Post delivers packages through the regular mail network, hence the longer delivery time (and also why it is a free delivery option!). If you would have chosen DPD, the delivery time would have been shorter. In regard to Brexit, unfortunately, since the UK left the EU there are constant delays as UK customs which affect all couriers. We hope you can understand that this situation is out of our control. We are glad to know at least that your package has finally been delivered to you and we hope that our product meets your expectations. Do not hesitate to contact us if there is anything we can do.
