First i ordered 250 grams of MHRB but i was stuck in amsterdam for some time so they sent me another double package that came straight to me and then the one that was stuck came to me 10/10 service and the product was great as well

The fact is that PostNL has had some difficulties lately to deal with a higher parcel volume than usual, this is probably the cause of delay for your package. As you can understand, this situation is out of our control (and we did dispatch your order on the very same day) but we take full responsibility for the delivery of your order. Please allow us to talk to the parcel delivery company to find out where your package is. In case they cannot solve this in the short-term, we will then send you another package free of charge. My package was supposed to arrive on a saturday, but it still hadnt arrived on tuesday morning. I contacted The Mimosa Company and explained the situation. They send me an extra package for free and contacted the mailservice to discover what went wrong. A day later my original package did arrive and the day after the extra package arrived. Good customer support and good communication! I will definitely order from The Mimosa Company again in the future!

Schnell und korrekte Menge. Ob die färbekraft gut ist, kann ich noch nicht genau sagen... Absendername könnte anonymer sein! Da steht eben "mimosa company"! Das könnte u.U. unangenehme fragen aufwerfen.
