Very nice service! Customer service is directly reachable via WhatsApp and resolves issues very neatly. There was a crack in the glass we had ordered (it can happen, as it is handmade) and we immediately received a new one sent with an apology.
Beautiful gray wool herringbone throw. Good dimensions, color exactly as depicted, excellent quality. Not heavy, but very comfortable. Very happy with it... And delivered promptly, imported from Scotland. What more could you want...
Beautiful quality blanket purchased and received quickly and neatly! I was especially interested in the colors, and they were exactly as shown in the photo. I'm completely satisfied!
