I ordered the spray and powder. After a few nights of spraying and powdering my shoes, I no longer have any issues with sweaty and smelly feet. I used to have cracks between my toes, but now that it stays dry between my toes, I no longer have that problem. I also feel that since my feet stay dry in my shoes, my foot fungus has significantly decreased as well.
