    I had no expectations, so I couldn't be disappointed again. Therefore, I was greatly surprised that it actually helps. And that with my aggressive foot moisture that ruins the insides of shoes. After a few days, the odor was gone. Since I have custom insoles and alternate between two pairs in my shoes, the strain on odor development is greater. Still, the smell was eliminated. So far, I haven't experienced any negative side effects. I highly recommend it.
