The products were delivered neatly and quickly; however, my questions were difficult to answer. After 4 emails, I was even forwarded/ brushed off to the supplier. It would have been nice if BrowShop had made more effort to obtain this information from the supplier themselves.
Fast delivery! It's a pity that there is no instruction manual included with the starter kit for eyebrow dyeing.
Fast service, good products, and instructions included. I did notice that the instructions were mainly focused on dyeing eyelashes rather than eyebrows.
