Dear Mr. Leijnse, The purchased 18-inch Insignia set is perfectly fine and exactly as described in the advertisement. The rear tires were 3.5mm, which was clearly stated in the ad. The two front tires were new. Photos, documentation, and email correspondence can be provided to support this. If you leave a review, please include all relevant information. We offered you two options to accommodate you, including free returns (please also refer to the general terms and conditions stating that returns are free) or you could replace the two used tires by purchasing new ones from us at cost price. Unfortunately, you did not accept either option, as we stand behind our products but are also very accommodating regarding returns. However, it was expected of you that we should provide financial compensation for the purchase price. At €600, we are already the cheapest provider in the Netherlands. Other sets start at €700 and go up from there. Because we rejected the financial compensation you requested, you felt it necessary to leave negative reviews (Google three weeks ago and now here). This is unfortunate, but everyone is free to leave a review. Our other reviews clearly show that we are a serious business.
