Problematic. It seems that the legal 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases is not being respected. At least, the texts on the website confirm this. Returns are presented as a courtesy, while it is actually a right! Furthermore, in violation of the legal obligation to refund shipping costs, these are not reimbursed. When one points out these shortcomings and requests adjustments and reimbursement of the costs, there is no further response. Conclusion: This seller consciously fails to meet legal obligations and intends to continue doing so. The store certification body does not take any action on its own initiative, which is strange because what are they certifying then? So be warned, as that certification is no guarantee that the web shop with that certification actually operates within the legal boundaries!
