The description is created by AI, and the photos are often taken from the internet. Making mistakes is human. They sell items where you only find out after purchase that they are not complete or that they can only be delivered months later. At 13:17, I received an immediate response via the app, but they ended the conversation. Here, you get a response to your review that is also unhelpful. They set their prices high and tell you to pay better attention to the photos and to read the description more carefully.
