    I paid directly via WhatsApp twice, but received automatic reminders the next day (albeit with apologies) both times. The first product, a router, was delivered quickly as agreed. However, the second product (4G booster) was received incomplete a week later (20/4/23). The box only contained an antenna; the booster was missing. I reported this via WhatsApp, but as of now (23/4), I still haven't received a response. It's incomprehensible because I spoke with a seemingly very nice employee from Outlet Specialist around 15/4.
