I bought a cooler that was supposed to work on 12 volts, but it only worked on 24 volts. I received my money back promptly.

The order arrived a day later than expected, and the meters of rope I ordered were delivered in excess (a few extra meters). One of the lines was different from what I ordered, and I was allowed to keep it while receiving the correct line for free afterwards. The website was also not completely up-to-date. A type of line that I had ordered and paid for turned out to be unavailable. After some discussion, we found an alternative that I received at a discount. Since I had already paid, I was supposed to get the difference refunded. I did have to call about this after two weeks, but the money was in my account the next day. In short, not everything goes perfectly, but they handle it well.

I purchased a hot water boiler, and it was delivered the next day. Quick communication and excellent handling of the purchase. I highly recommend this company!
