Ordered an item. Received immediate notification that it was in stock. The next day, I reached out and drove to Kaatsheuvel. Unfortunately, due to a mistake, the item was not in stock. They said they would send it. After a while, I sent an info email but received no response. After several weeks, I still haven't received any information. I now see the item listed on the website as available for pre-order. Still no information received.
