I ordered a deal, great price! It arrived the next day, but unfortunately, I was missing a part. I called immediately, and they promised to send the part right away; I had it the next day. In the end, the item turned out not to work properly. After a phone consultation, a new one was sent out, and I had it in my house even before the old one was returned. Really well resolved!
