Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Very suspicious behavior. The item was defective, and there was no response. Never again!!! Refused acceptance... I received an email stating that the defective device has arrived. The seller initially sold it for 320 euros, then I was told to pay 1150 euros???

So many wrong invoices were sent. You asked me my address 4 times. The person who in charge of shipping my order forgot shipping and left things on desk or some where. But your email informed me order was shipped. As the result I have not received my order yet in spite I made order over 1 month ago . redicurous !!
Fast delivery. Item shipped didn’t match the picture but that was resolved in a good way. Good and responsive communication with Mike.
