    The arrangements for the PLB were made quickly and at a competitive price. Unfortunately, it turned out that the PLB was programmed for Norway. Not surprising, as Jotron is a Norwegian company. However, you can't do anything with it because you need to register a PLB with the Dutch Digital Infrastructure Agency, and they do not accept Norwegian programming. It was quite a hassle to get this reprogrammed, and the Outlet Specialist was unable to manage it.
