The seller often does not deliver what is described; the description states what is being sold and the photos show the product. I have experienced several times that I bought something that was not complete. I received a response from the outlet regarding this. The description is created by AI, and the photos are often taken from the internet. Making mistakes is human. They sell items where you only find out after purchase that they are not complete or that they can only be delivered months later. At 13:17, I received an immediate response via the app, but they ended the conversation. Here, you get a response to your review that is also unhelpful. They set their prices high and tell you to pay better attention to the photos and to read the description more carefully. It is clear that the description and photos often do not match what you ultimately buy. And if the mistake is obvious, they do NOT correct it. Kind regards, Walter
