After a brief negotiation and a long delivery time during which I regularly checked on when the product would be delivered, the company unilaterally canceled the delivery without providing any reasons (despite my specific request for clarification). After pressing them, I was explicitly informed that they "did not want to go further into the matter." The purchase amount was quickly refunded, but the non-delivery resulted in additional costs for me. I am particularly frustrated by the fact that this web shop apparently feels so much superior to their customers that they see no need to explain or clarify anything, and they simply ignore requests for such explanations. I was told that I would receive "a discount" on my next order (without any percentage mentioned). I have never heard anything about that again...

Despite the mistake in the image, a good solution was provided.
