I ordered a product, they didn't deliver in over a month even though they said it was "on the way to the warehouse" several times. Emails with their customer services were one line responses. The initial response was that it hadn't been 14 days as per the website, but this just continued to get longer with more excuses. I asked for a refund, they assured me that they refunded my order, but at the time of this review nothing received on 6th day. They supplied a screenshot of the refund by email.
