Did not subtract local tax when shipping to a non-EU country. Poor customer service.

Customs authorities do not levy import duties on products traded between EU member states. However, VAT will be payable. Some products are also subject to excise duty and consumption tax. This is something out of scope of our customerservice, it's EU-Law. Despite of that we contacted Dutch Tax Authority. As business to consumer seller we are obligated to sell with VAT and we cant deduct this from our selling price. Thank you for your message. Best regards Berber Outlet.
