At the beginning of the year, I ordered a Beni Ouarain rug in the medium size of 230x160cm from the Beni Ouarain Outlet. The ordering and payment process (via PayPal) was simple and hassle-free. The delivery through DPD was also excellent: the delivery (with tracking) was announced via email 2-3 days in advance, and the delivery time was specified again the day before - it couldn't be better! The rug fully matches the photo and description on the Beni Ouarain Outlet's website! It is exactly as I imagined it - beautiful!!! Therefore, I give it 5 stars!

Beautiful rug, soft and without damages. Very good Quality, it matches completely the expectations i got from the pictures of the website. Delivery also excellent, very quick and fully traceable. The tracking of the delivery was very accurate and it started only a few minutes after paying and ordering the rug. I am very pleased.
