Been a loyal customer for years. Aided in issues with trustpilot and signing petitions for them and even promoting on my social media. After one issue I contacted them and basically got spat in the face for my loyalty by a typical Karen. I paid double price for a "premium" strain which I previously had and really liked. I even left and outstanding review for it. This time though I had a bad batch which basically done nothing for me. I spent £70 and it was a total dud. Finished it in 24 hours trying to get high. When I contact them about it they accuse me of trying to rip them off when I was the one that got ripped off. Worst customer service ever. Don't waste your time.

Easy to use website, everything I’ve ordered has been dispatched the same day, or first thing the next day if ordered late in the afternoon. Everything is incredibly well packaged, so I’ve never had any damaged deliveries. Every product I’ve ordered has been great and now I use Kraatje exclusively.
