I received an email asking me how my purchase was but I still haven't even received the package yet. I understand there can be problems with deliveries but almost every order I've made has been delayed (this one delayed twice and now just doesn't have a delivery date showing at all). The product itself has always been fine, but it is a little bit frustrating paying for next day delivery when it just doesn't seem to be possible to achieve.
