I usually receive a great service but this time my package was sent to the wrong postcode I tried to contact you about it but got no email from the support team because of this I had to buy another package as I thought the previous one was lost in the mail because of the hassle and disappointment I was told that the support team would contact me and discuss some type of compensation for hassle it caused but this never happened
