A happy returning UK customer. I've been using Kraatjee for a long time and wouldn't consider getting my favourite tea from anywhere else. They may not be the cheapest, nor are they the most expensive but they are without doubt the best vendor in terms of product quality, consistency and choice. Customer service is also excellent, email enquiries are responded to promptly and they are always happy to advise. Next day delivery to the UK has been very reliable, I've only ever had one order arrive a day late and that was down to the courier having a technical issue. Considering I must have made well over 20 orders I'd say that's a pretty impressive track record. All in all a trusted vendor that I never hesitate to recommend.
