Refused to fulfil order because DHL considers a urban area “remote area”. How about making other shipping options available or warn customers before ordering? Edit: I literally had to google to find that “remote area surcharge”, which is something the customer shouldn’t have to do if your website was well organized. Make sure that information is available and that the customer is aware of extra “surcharges” before canceling orders.
