One of the few reliable and competent vendors in the EU. They've been in business for many years and i never had any major complaints... They had to raise their prices over the years every once in a while for some of the product, but sometimes prices are adjusted downwards again too. Their frontend UI can be a bit bothersome to interact with. Can't go wrong ordering from them though in my experience.

It took a long time to weed out the poor vendors before I found Kraatje. They aren't the cheapest vendor out there but having used them for many years now I can say their Green Malay tea is hand on heart the best I've found. All of their other teas are of consistently high quality too but GM is my favourite. Delivery from Netherlands to UK with DHL used to be a smooth experience with excellent tracking facilities & mostly next day. However I think I will try UPS next time as DHL seem to be falling apart of late. Their drivers have ignored my safe place instructions twice lately. The DHL representative just dumped one of my orders on my neighbour's garden table, in the rain! Not my choice of safe place. On the 2nd occasion it was left on the floor outside my property front door. Also not my chosen safe place. On both these occasions DHL had confirmed the safe place requests with me by email prior to shipping! What's the point DHL if your drivers (or representatives for your company as they indeed are) ignore your instructions? This may just be the case in my region but inform yourself before choosing your shipper. Thankfully I have good honest neighbours so all turned out well. Shipping to UK will set you back the best part of £20 so make sure to buy a large enough amount to make your purchase economical. I made this mistake on my first order and the shipping cost more than the product! Don't get caught out. But to be honest, whichever variety of tea you purchase from Kraatje you won't be dissapointed. Best online tea shop hands down with excellent customer service should you ever need it! Buy from Kraatje with confidence! You won't regret it.
