Anyone that read the awful review that this previously was, please forget that. One of the products I received was useless; and I felt ripped off. However, I was then contacted by kraatje, and the representative was friendly and polite, and I have been offered a replacement product with no action required from me. All I can say is, the quality of this product is (usually) fantastic, and if not, that can be fixed. The customer service is second-to-none, and shipping time is the fastest of any vendor I’ve used! It’s understandable that a plant-product can sometimes have a bad batch - if you receive one, please contact them, and don’t act rashly like I did!
