The order was never delivered. I understand that this is ultimately due to the backward, simpleton policies of the Irish customs/government policies (turns out the stereotypes are true!) but, still, a complete waste of money as a result.
great quality, fair price, and super fast delivery, thank you Kraatje, you're excellent guys.
Anyone that read the awful review that this previously was, please forget that. One of the products I received was useless; and I felt ripped off. However, I was then contacted by kraatje, and the representative was friendly and polite, and I have been offered a replacement product with no action required from me. All I can say is, the quality of this product is (usually) fantastic, and if not, that can be fixed. The customer service is second-to-none, and shipping time is the fastest of any vendor I’ve used! It’s understandable that a plant-product can sometimes have a bad batch - if you receive one, please contact them, and don’t act rashly like I did!
Lovely product very good delivery thanks will use again
Quick delivery and great product. Has given me a better quality of life as I battle my medical condition.
Great quality, fast delivery.
