KRATOM, OUR STORY: Our company started from a hobby. After gaining personal experience with kratom, we were convinced that kratom is a life saver for many people. It became our passion to introduce this beneficial herb to as many people as possible. We found the best possible supplier and started our web shop. We are now the largest kratom supplier in Europe. In the meantime we also sell other products such as CBD, CBN, H|H|C, bajakah, moringa, purwoceng and tea. Our priorities are quality, service and fast delivery. In addition, we want our business premises to contribute to the environment (green company).

    I ordered 100g of premium Edition and paid for Fedex shipment for a total of $70. I just opened up my parcel and there is barely 40 grammes inside the packet. On top of that there is no label on the packet just a plain brown packaging and the powdered kratom inside, which could be any strain really. I am very disappointed because I had ordered last month and the service was fast and the product was as described. I am waiting for a full refund and an explanation from Kraatje. I will update this review after having had a reply from their customer service, hoping to resolve this swiftly. Update : I can confirm that Kraatje sent me a full refund following my claim - although it’s taken almost a month - but thank you for solving the issue in a professional way!
