ordered my kraktom on the Thursday was told preciously it would take 2days,so on the Monday I emailed Kaartje.eu on the Monday to see were my stuff was. The lady I spoke to, her name was I think Karin, said that the kraktom had been delivered, according to the DHL. so when I rang the lady back to tell her I hadn't received it, she must have looked into it because the next email I got it was to say it was on its way.& would be delivered by a courier the same day. But it came by DHL & not a courier.
