I have been regularly purchasing products from Kraatje for more than a year now. The quality of their products is possibly the highest in Europe and their services had always been excellent. Nevertheless, until now I had not rated or shared my customer experience. I decided to do this now after the first time I experienced a problem with my delivery. To keep things short, I had a problem receiving my delivery which was 100% the fault of my local postal service. The response of Kraatje -- even though they were not to blame for the issue -- was beyond and above any expectation I had and has solidified my trust in their services. I hope I will be doing business with them for many years to come.
