The website states “low shipping costs and fast delivery”. While I ordered knowing the shipping cost wasn’t low, €16.95 to Austria, I accepted it for the hope of a quick delivery. It took my order 9 days from order to delivery to Austria. This delivery time doesn’t warrant the high shipping cost. I am disappointed in the service. On a brighter note, my order was very well packed and arrived in perfect condition.
