It is clearly indicated what is available. Shipping is smooth. Questions are responded to. I would personally add an extra option on the site that allows a notification to be sent when a sold-out item becomes available again. This would save repeated monitoring and could potentially lead to another order right away.

I had written a somewhat critical review, after which I was called the same evening by the owner or a store employee. We had a disagreement regarding the agreements about delivery time and handling. To leave a good impression of the shopping experience, the person promised to send me a small gift in exchange for a less critical review. After a week, I received a package containing a bottle of gun oil, which is always handy, and two cans of pellets. However, I'm not quite sure what to do with the pellets, as they are 4.5mm in size and SEM Jacht & Schietsport sold me a rifle in 5.5mm. I informed the store about this via email a few months ago. Since I have not received a response, I am hereby revising my review. Incompetent staff who value the name of the store more than selling the right materials or taking the time to understand the needs of the customer. If you know what you want, you can order it online here, but you can expect the delivery time to be longer than a week, as apparently, they cannot send it out the same day in Bornebroek because the post coach only comes here once a week.

Very good service, I was specifically called for a good offer. I could simply pay the difference afterwards, very friendly!
