Only the stickers are delivered; you have to download the instructions separately as a PDF or something similar. The delivery time of more than two weeks is absolutely outrageous, especially considering the shipping costs.

Thank you for your feedback and for ordering from us again. We really appreciate that you have placed several orders with us over time, so we are sorry to hear that this order did not meet your expectations. We would just like to clarify one point regarding the instructions. Our products include a QR code that links directly to the PDF with the sticker placement instructions. This way, the instructions are always easily accessible without adding printed pages to every order. Regarding the delivery time, we completely understand that more than two weeks can feel long. We ship from the Netherlands, and international delivery times unfortunately depend on the postal services in the destination country. We always try to offer an affordable shipping option, but once a shipment has left us, we unfortunately cannot influence the speed of the postal service. We hope that, despite the longer delivery time, you are happy with the stickers themselves. And of course, we hope to welcome you back again in the future. Kind regards, Team BrickStickerShop
