The product arrived in perfect condition, just as described. I'm happy with the quality and packaging. However, the shipping time was quite long (almost three weeks from confirmation to delivery of a simple envelope). That delay felt excessive and is the only reason I’m not giving five stars. Faster shipping would make the experience excellent.
