I would like to inform you that my package was scheduled for delivery to my home on May 15. The delivery company DPD is a disaster!!! I had to call three times to understand why my package had still not been delivered. I requested that it be sent to a specific pickup point, and they changed the pickup point three times. I ended up going to retrieve it from the company in St. Felix, which is a 20-minute drive from my home, where I waited for over 40 minutes. They gave me the wrong package, and after an hour, I finally received my package in good condition. Please change the delivery service; this is the second time we have had DPD deliver, and it has been a disaster each time. I would like to be reimbursed for the shipping costs, please.
