Dear Marina, The package was handed over to the carrier on July 31. This was communicated via email along with a tracking link for the package. Through the tracking link, I can see that DPD attempted to deliver the package on August 1, apparently unsuccessfully. It was then taken to a parcel point (August 3), but it was refused there (they were supposedly on vacation). On August 7, DPD noted again that the shop was closed. I have requested that the package be delivered to your home or to another parcel point. We apologize for the poor customer service; we would like to know how we could have served you better.
