Easy to order, delivered quickly, beautiful bras. It's just a shame that the size chart isn't entirely accurate. I had to order a 95, but the bra is now on the tightest hooks to ensure the cup fits well. In my opinion, those hooks should have been on the least tight setting, so that when it all loosens up a bit, you have hooks left to tighten it again. I still need to email them, so I hope it can be resolved.

Delivery is always fast and the products are good. Unfortunately, the selection has decreased in recent years. Specifically, I am referring to the selection of bras from Marlies Dekker.

Unfortunately, I had an incredibly bad experience with this company. With my order, I received a product that turned out to be torn when I tried it on. I did not cause this tear. Of course, I reported this immediately to DDO. I received an email stating that I would receive a new one. Since the product apparently tears so quickly, I indicated that I no longer had confidence in the product and would like my money back. Incredibly friendly and fast customer service. Unfortunately, the bra had a tear in the fabric after just one wear. After sending an email with a few photos to customer service, I received a new item within a week. Both packages arrived quickly and were very carefully packaged. I will definitely shop here more often!
